Studio Policies
By agreeing to our policies you are helping the studio to run smoothly and doing your part to care for our studio community. We appreciate you being a part of MoveWise Studio.
24hr Cancellation
We require that you cancel at least 24hrs before a class or private appointment. Please cancel online via Momence. By honoring this policy you are giving people enough time to get off the waitlist and use your spot in class. If you cancel less than 24hrs before your class or appointment, you pay for the cost of the service in order to honor the instructor's time and the space reservation in our small studio. If you have a package, a credit will be used from your package or membership. If you are concerned that you will be negatively affected by this policy, you have the option to wait reserving your spot in class up until a class begins. For private instruction, you can book at least 12hrs ahead of time. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy.
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable
We cannot offer refunds, BUT we can offer you the money value of your purchase in credits for classes or services that you may use at the studio up to a year after your original purchase. We require that you get in touch within a month of your purchase if you would like credit. Double check that you are buying the correct service or package that works for you. Feel free to contact us with questions.
Wear Clean Socks
We are an active outdoorsy community, which usually means our feet are dirty in the summer and our socks are stinky in the winter :) Help us keep the studio clean by wearing clean socks. Socks with sticky grip on the bottom are preferable. Soon we will have Pilates socks at the studio for sale at a suggested donation. Stay tuned!
Share Packages With Friends and Family
You can share packages with friends and family. Yippee! Please email us the full name, email and phone number of the person you're giving permission to use your pack before they sign up. It is then up to you to settle up financially, if you choose, with the person who is using your pack. The studio cannot split or pro-rate the cost of any packages. Sharing your package is useful if you cannot afford the cost of a full pack and have a buddy who can split it with you, you have a child who would like to use some of your credits, or life happens and you know you won't be able to use your pack but you know someone who can. We hope this feature is helpful for you!
